This vacation townhouse is located at 3047, Beach Palm Avenue, Paradise Palms Resort, Kissimmee Florida 34747. The resort is 5 miles from Disney off the Interstate 192.

Your next vacation house is a two story townhouse, with the kitchen, living room, one queen bedroom and a bathroom with standing shower on the lower level. The upper level has the king master bedroom with attached bath. That huge bathroom has a bathtub, his and her sinks in granite, and a separable toilet room. There is one more queen bedroom and a kids (youth) room with two full size beds. There is a full bathroom on that level. The upper level also has the washer and dryer. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The youth (kids) room has two, one for each bed.

The living room is decorated in shades of blue and brown, with a beautiful vintage leather sofa set giving you the feeling of floating on a wooden raft on a serene blue water lake. It has a 46 inch flat screen tv.

The glass top dining set can seat upto six people comfortably while dining in our immaculate china using the aqua blue champagne flutes to toast a great vacation with your friends and family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a state of the art refrigerator that dispenses ice cold filtered water, crushed ice and ice cubes without having to open the fridge. It has a dishwasher installed and an electric cooking range with oven and microwave easily accessible to the chef.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need including the best quality toaster, blender, electric can opener, many varieties and sizes of glasses and enough china and silverware to serve atleast 16 people at one time. The kitchen counter has four place settings with barstools as well.
The kitchen is integrated into the dining and living areas so the chef is not isolated, but part of the fun while cooking.

Your vacation home is the Beach Palm model that has an extended lanai, so the pool area does not feel crowded at all. We have setup a couple of lounge chairs and a patio dining set so you can have your morning cup of tea or coffee comfortably while looking out to the lake, or your cold beer in the warm afternoons when you step out of the lighted pool, which can be heated when you need it.

Furnished in Ivory colors with light Gold embossing, this king bed room will make you feel like the royal couple. The pictures tell you the story. Sleep well.

Furnished with a beautiful queen bed, and decorated in a shade of purple, this sundrenched room on the ground level changes shades every hour of the day, and is dark and peaceful at night. Sweet Dreams.

Painted in Caribbean green, and with an overall pastel shade, you will feel like you are in the Caribbean, the wall hangings add to the experience, the peace and the vibrancy.
